6-STEP SECURE PROCESS

At Active Equipment LLC, we ensure every transaction is safe, transparent, and fully protected. We’ve designed a 6-step buying process that ensures every transaction at Active Equipment LLC is safe, transparent, and fully protected from start to finish.

Here’s how it works:

SELECT & REGISTER

Click “Buy It Now” on your chosen machine to begin the secure purchase process. You’ll be prompted to register with your full legal name, shipping address, and contact information.

💡 All ID documents are collected solely for verification and compliance with U.S. regulations, including anti-money laundering laws.

LEGAL & MECHANICAL VERIFICATION

Our legal and inspection teams review the machine’s condition, registration documents, and compliance status:

  • No liens, debts, or legal issues
  • Inspected for leaks, electricals, hydraulics, frame integrity, etc.
  • Compliant with U.S. safety standards

Only verified machines move forward to delivery. If a machine fails inspection, it remains in our secure storage.

ESCROW PAYMENT SETUP

Upon receiving the sales contract, the buyer will be provided with detailed instructions on the payment process, including the total price of the equipment. The buyer is then required to submit proof of payment (e.g., wire transfer receipt). All funds will be securely held in our escrow account and will not be released without the buyer’s explicit approval.

To ensure a timely transaction, payment must be completed via a bank-to-bank priority wire transfer to Active Equipment LLC within 12 hours of receiving the sales contract.

The funds will remain in our designated trust account until the transaction is either completed or canceled. Under no circumstances will the funds be released to the seller until the buyer has officially accepted the equipment.

DELIVERY WITH INSURANCE

Once payment is confirmed, we schedule delivery to your address.

  • GPS Tracking
  • Fully insured transport (up to $450,000)
  • Nationwide delivery within 8–10 days

5-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD

Upon delivery of the equipment, Active Equipment LLC offers a 5-day inspection period. During this time, the buyer can verify the equipment’s condition at an authorized service center. We also recommend consulting a lawyer to ensure smooth ownership transfer.

To assist, our team provides complimentary guidance and support throughout the process.

FINAL DECISION & OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

You decide:

✔ Approve the purchase – We complete registration and release funds.
✘ Decline the purchase – We arrange a return and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
